CIPRES Share - a data sharing repository for the CIPRES Science Gateway

CIPRES Share - a data sharing resource for all CIPRES Science Gateway users where they can seamlessly transfer their results and share them privately with other users or make them public. Additionally, CIPRES Share allows users to describe any file or folder with its context and view visualizations of protein structure and phylogenetic trees. A custom integration unifies and synchronizes user accounts between CIPRES Science Gateway and CIPRES Share which is seamless to the users.

FlowGate clinical analysis of cancer flow cytometry data

The FlowGate project, developed by the J. Craig Venture Institute, in collaboration with the University of California at San Diego (UCSD) is bringing well-vetted research algorithms into clinical use to assist in the diagnosis of cancers. The project creates custom hospital-internal web sites that provide custom visualization and analysis tools for HIPPA-protected flow cytometry data.

Geo-Micromechanics Research Group

Geo-Micromechanics Research Group at UC San Diego uses micromechanics, micro-scale imaging videography, fundamental theories, and numerical simulations involving coupling between the Discrete Element Method and computational fluid dynamics (DEM-CFD) to better understand coupled processes in geomechanics at the relevant constituent scale. SeedMeLab is actively used by the group to share preliminary results among different local projects as well with a large international project.

Relativistic Laser Plasma Simulation Group

The Relativistic Laser Plasma Simulation Group at the University of California at San Diego (UCSD) is developing computer simulations to study directed laser acceleration in megatesla magnetic fields, the effects of a strong applied magnetic fields on relativistic laser-plasma interactions, and high energy radiation and particle beams generated using extreme magnetic fields.

SDSC HPC Share

HPC Share at the San Diego Supercomputer Center (SDSC) provides web-accessible storage and collaboration to support supercomputing analysis and simulation. SeedMeLab software is used to manage supercomputing job parameters, scripts, and results. REST tools support script-driven data upload from supercomputing jobs, and data download to longer term data archives or local systems for further analysis.
